Become a Basic Maintenance or Basic Service Tech in this 11-day course with hands-on training in a small group with a Master Trainer. Upon completion, Technicians will be ready for their EPA exam.
Becoming a skilled technician in today’s world is not enough. Technicians also need a wide range of skills that aren’t typically taught in technical training. Throughout this Go Time Success Group workshop, future techs will gain technical knowledge, life skills, how to work as a team, customer service (no slick willy talks here), building customer loyalty, and the importance of doing it suitable for the company, family & customer.
Customers frequently judge a technician by appearance, attitude, and smell, affecting their perceived ability to perform the work properly. At Go Time Success Group, we promise your techs will return with knowledge and a new fire in their belly, which will lead to an explosion of energy and productivity!
