What does a bad hire cost you? What is a good hire worth? Recruit and hire better because people are your greatest asset. Keeping in mind that there is no place in the hiring process for desperation, on your part or the candidates’ part.
If you don’t train them, they just might stay. What does the training cost? What does a lack of training cost you?
Process matters! Weekly training is designed to create a consistent process, driving consistent results. The Goal: conditioned team members that own the systems and drive results.
Leadership and Management are not the same! Your team NEEDS both. They need someone that can cast vision, collaborate, and drive results. They also need clear expectations and proper accountability!
Start with the end in mind. What is your succession plan, pass it down, private equity, identifying key team members/partners/owners?
