Plumbers will learn how to build options, tying the benefits of the solutions back to the needs and wants of the client and to the things we showed them in the diagnostic process.
We teach them to RECOMMEND the Power of 4 when it comes to options. Most will eliminate the most expensive and cheapest options. With 4 options, they still have a choice and it tends to drive a higher average ticket.
