Angie Snow is the co-owner and Vice President of Western Heating & Air Conditioning in Orem, Utah. She and her husband, Ryan, purchased Western in 2007. At that time, the company had four technicians and was run out of their home. Today, Western has 35 employees and has experienced wonderful growth! They attribute their growth to brand development, consistent planning and execution, a strong company culture, and learning the best ways to work together as married partners.
At Western, Angie manages the administrative staff, HR, marketing, accounting, and continues to focus on business development as she looks for ways to best serve her customers and her employees. In 2015, Western was awarded the Ron Smith Trailblazing Award given by the Service Roundtable for their innovative systems and processes. Western Heating & Air Conditioning has won the “Best of Utah Valley” for four years straight.
Angie is a big advocate for women in the HVACR industry. Angie currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors for Women in HVACR as treasurer. She has a strong desire to improve and give back to the industry and open the doors for women in this industry. She is also a mentor for the Service Nation Alliance women’s advisory board. In 2016, Angie was awarded the Service World Woman of the Year Award at the first Service World Expo. She was recognized in 2017 and 2019 as one of one of Utah Valley’s top “Women Who Mean Business.”
Angie has her Master’s degree in education and was an elementary school teacher for 7 years. Her love for teaching has led her to coaching and training in the HVACR industry. Angie began coaching as a life coach and performance coach for an Inc. 500 company in Utah. She enjoys helping her clients (both in and out of the HVAC industry) find a balance between home and business, all while reaching their business goals.
Recently, Angie has focused on customer service training, in working with dispatchers and CSRs. Her “7-Star Customer Service” approach has helped her company achieve a 90%+ booking rate, schedule for profitability, and create lasting customer relationships. She loves helping her clients reach a new level of customer service. Angie is also a sought-after speaker, and has given numerous presentations and trainings to contractors and trainers around the world, as well as contributes articles for national HVACR magazines.
Most importantly, Angie is a mother of four amazing kids who are making big waves in this world. She is a woman of faith, and is currently a stake Young Women President in her church where she trains and the youth leaders in her area. Angie loves running, cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.
